 Thank you for taking the time to learn more about The Jacki Ruiz Team with Keller Williams Real Estate. I began my real estate career in 1996. In 2001, I decided to form a team as my business began to flourish and I wanted to make sure all the details of each of my client's purchase or sale were taken care of professionally, accurately, and promptly. We have been winning service and production awards from the very beginning. Most recently, we were honored by the Philadelphia Inquirer's 2007 Neighbor's Choice Awards for Best Real Estate Agent in Montgomery County.
I am very pleased that so very many of our clients come to us as referrals from friends, family, and past clients which confirms our heard-earned reputation for honesty, integrity, experience, and committment.

 I have been a multi-award winning and multi-million dollar producing Realtor since 1996. I have earned both the Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) and the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations. Prior to earning my real estate license, I worked for a local community bank for more than 15 years, earning degrees in both Business Administration/Marketing and Banking Management. I have been  involved in serving the needs of the BuxMont community for over 25 years.
I love to travel in my spare time, especially spending time "down the shore." Like the rest of my family, I am a die-hard sports fan (go YANKEES!) and enjoy spending time with family and friends. The newest addition to my family is an adorable Yorkshire Terrier named Maggie! I grew up in the Souderton Area and now reside in Spring Mount.

Meet Rachel Ruiz Greiser
 Rachel is the team's Administrative Assistant. She joined The Jacki Ruiz Team in 2000 as a licensed real estate agent but put her license in escrow in 2002 to begin working as a full-time administrative assistant. Rachel's is the cheerful voice who answers the phone when you call into the Team's offices. She is also the person who keeps our clients up-to-date and informed and takes care of making sure all the details of each purchase or sale of a property are taken care of. In her spare time she enjoys movies and traveling. She is the treasurer of Wish Angels, a local charity organization. She lives in Telford with her husband Aaron.

Meet Rick A. Alderfer  Rick is the Marketing Director for The Jacki Ruiz Team. Rick joined the team full-time in January of 2006 after doing free-lance marketing for the team for the previous five years. Rick is responsible for designing and implementing all of the team's marketing projects including our newsletters, postcards, special mailings, and our client appreciation events. He also updates the team website and creates our virtual tours. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and hanging out at Starbucks and Barnes & Noble. He lives in Telford.
